A salad is not complete without a well conceived and executed dressing. Our dressings are 100% made in-house from wholesome ingredients like shallots, garlic cloves, extra virgin olive oil, rice wine vinegar, balsamic and sea salt. Made from scratch and dairy free unless otherwise specified, you will definitely notice the difference.

At ‘Leafage, we carefully craft our juices and smoothies with fresh fruits and vegetables loaded with vitamins, fiber and antioxidants. And then, as if they weren’t already super healthy, we enhance them with Superfoods like cacao nibs, coconut butter, Peruvian maca, chia seeds and bee pollen.

Our superfood enhanced smoothies and “made to order” juices were created to be thoroughly tasty with an emphasis on health. Or be your own mixologist and create a juice from scratch or boost any ‘Leafage smoothie with a Superfood enhancer.

The Source


veggieSatur Farms, owned by chef Eberhard Müller and his wife Paulette Satur, is dedicated to growing the finest vegetables and culinary ingredients. It began when they purchased their original farm on the North Fork of Long Island in 1997, with the intention of growing some vegetables and herbs for Chef Müller’s restaurant. Colleagues in New York City asked if they might be able to buy their produce, and the farm as a business became a reality.


meatleaf‘Leafage uses Cedar River Farms for its beef. We’re committed to using top quality ingredients from compassionate, sustainable smaller farms — FreeBird and Cedar River Farms both share this commitment. We’re proud to have them as the source for the chicken and beef in our salads.
